As an ordained minister, educator, advocate, and social entrepreneur, I’ve spent over a decade partnering with individuals, teams, and organizations toward cultivating purpose-driven coaching and consulting rooted in Integrity & Heart.

My path has brought me alongside nonprofit and corporate leaders, fellow clergy and congregations, activists, and community organizers—all committed to making meaningful impact in their communities while embracing influencing and leading from the inside out.

I facilitate themed retreats—both residential and non-residential—that help teams co-create trustworthy spaces and tap into the inner wisdom of the heart and soul. Retreat topics may include purpose and calling, leadership renewal, navigating change, and healing from burnout.

Kentucky bred. Tennessee made. New York City is now home. I am a proud alum of American Baptist College, Vanderbilt University Divinity School, and Yale University Divinity School. My coaching and consulting work has a number of influences, especially my training in facilitating Circles of Trust® through the Center for Courage & Renewal. In addition to feeding my curiosity through reading and writing while traveling, I enjoy being at the intersections of varied cultural exchanges that expand my awareness, knowledge, and appreciation for the other.
