Rather than offering quick-fix solutions, I guide clients on an inward journey that helps unlock their inherent capacity for growth and transformation. I draw on deep listening, reflection, and alignment.
Whether coaching individuals, teams, or organizations, I start by assessing the clients current reality-helping them name where they are in relation to their values, courage, and sense of wholeness. For individuals, this exploration focuses on personal or professional development, while for teams and organizations, it centers on relational dynamics and organizational culture.
From there, I collaborate with the client to clarify goals, expectations, and desired outcomes, which informs a customized development plan tailored to context.
Drawing on principles from the Circles of Trust® approach advanced by Parker Palmer and the Center for Courage & Renewal, I work with clients to co-create spaces that support deep inner work-spaces where clients can engage authentically with themselves and others in service of meaningful growth.
In workshops and retreats, I facilitate a dynamic mix of reflective teaching and guided group dialogue, fostering insight, connection, and the practical development of leadership capacity.
